A full appraisal has the highest degree of market and property data. An appraiser will contact you to schedule an inspection date and time. The appraisal inspection can take anywhere from a half hour to one hour to complete. During the inspection the appraiser will create a diagram (sketch) of your house, notate the layout, take some interior photos and analyze the degree of updating and condition of the property. A full appraisal includes: opinion of value, sketch/layout of property, neighborhood market analysis and a full list of comparable properties and value adjustments.
The appraiser will contact you within 48 hours of ordering to schedule the inspection. All reports are guaranteed to be completed within one week from the inspection date.
